Dubai Mall is a great place for residents and tourists alike. They have hundreds of restaurants to choose from and amazing brands for really good retail therapy. For kids, they have Sega Republic, Kidzania (kids’ world that even adults will be impressed!) and of course the olympic size skating rink for the ones who can balance. Reel cinema is again another plus because of the number of movies available and the set-up is as if you’re actually in a hotel. Great carpet, impressive hanging lights in the hallway, food counters on each floors, it’s great.
They also have the Aquarium that doesn’t have a magnified glass wall, so what you see is the real size. Next to it is the Rainforest Cafe which has really good special effects. Monkey’s, gorillas, snake, elephants, lions and other animals that move along with sound effects to go with it. Kid’s will love it. Dubai Fountain is a great entertainment too. You can have your dinner while having the amazing music and impressive lightings from it. The highest building in the world is also next to the fountain’s vicinity so you really have amazing views to choose from.
